Packo is a manufacturer of worldwide repute of small scale dairies. We also offer various custom-made processing lines for e.g. yeast, pastry cream, soup, blood and many other products.
Mini-dairies
Packo has been manufacturing small milk processing lines for 20 years now and has references world-wide. The range starts with batch pasteurizers with a capacity of 150 litres and extends to full turnkey mini-dairies with a processing capacity of up to 10.000 litres per hour. The mini-dairies are real milk processing lines, based on the technology of larger dairies, but on a reduced scale. They can be supplied and installed suitable for all usual kinds of dairy products, i.e. consumption milk, cream, butter, yogurt, kefir, other fermented milk products, fresh and ripened cheese, etc.

Yeast lines
Packo yeast plants are installed on a turnkey base and include: reception, storage, keeping on temperature (2-4°C), keeping in suspension, circulating in the bakery, automatic dosing in mixers, complete CIP installation, control cabinets, connection with the dosing computers, ice water installation, etc. Installations vary from small size for local bakeries with containers of 300 litres over medium size for semi-industrial bakeries with containers of 1.000 litres and large plants for industrial bakeries with storage vessels up to 50.000 litres.

Other custom-made turnkey process lines
Packo creates full solutions - units and small scale turnkey projects for the food, pharmaceutical and processing industries - to the customer’s demands. First of all Packo can provide customers with highly qualified technical advice and support in all stages of the project: development and design, implementation, maintenance, upgrading, extension, service. Secondly Packo engineers the full project in order to manufacture the required equipment. And last but not least Packo supplies and installs all the equipment, including the start-up and training of the personnel.
