A growing number of milk producers have in recent years started their own milk processing. This is in order to sell their products at a greater added value and a higher quality. The same applies to large farms in countries with very long distances to the next milk factory or an insufficient infrastructure for the collection of milk and the distribution of the processed products.
Packo has been manufacturing small milk processing systems, built around a batch pasteuriser, for 20 years now and has references world-wide.
To process a small quantity of milk per day, we offer the Packo batch pasteuriser to pasteurise the milk and for further processing into finished dairy products, e.g. yoghurt, fresh cheese and hard cheese.
To produce hard cheese, we offer the Packo batch pasteuriser, i.e. with a special cheese cutting device.
Next to the batch pasteuriser, Packo delivers the necessary pumps, ice (water) builders (for cooling purposes), packaging machines and cheese processing equipment (cheese forms, presses, brining containers).
