Packo employees follow training about “hygienic design”
This training was organised by Agoria leaded by Mr Burggraaf, an “authority” and expert in hygienic design.
During the training the following items were discussed:
- Legislation and European norms
- Microbiology of food
- EHEDG design
- Hygienic welding and sealing
- Cleaning and disinfection
- Hygienic design of closed and open systems
All participants have received a certificate.
By following such trainings, we not only want to keep ourselves informed about all norms and standards, but also to increase our competences and know-how.
The aim is to let enjoy also our customers so that they can also comply with the latest regulations.
