Fullwood Packo Group

Packo Inox is part of the Fullwood Packo Group (www.FullwoodPacko.com), who is owned by the United Kingdom based company R. J. Fullwood & Bland Ltd through the holding company FP Holdings.

The Fullwood Packo Group unites 600 people in 13 companies, worldwide, comprising 5 manufacturing plants, 2 R&D centres and 6 distribution companies. Core competences are milking and milk cooling, on the one hand and storing, cooling, heating, transporting and processing of liquids in sanitary conditions, in the food and pharmaceutical industries, on the other hand. The total turnover is over € 100 million, sold directly or via agents and distributors, in over 80 countries.

Packo Inox has 2 locations in Belgium: Packo Inox NV in Zedelgem with a total surface of 15.000 m² and Packo Inox NV, Branch Diksmuide with 8.000 m². The total number of employees is 280; the total turnover is over € 45 million.

Strategic Market Units

Although, technically, Packo's operational activities have much ground in common, the markets and fields of applications we are active in is impressive by its diversity and specialisation. Our organisation of independent Business Units (BU) allows us to act and react quickly, effectively and focussed on specific target markets. The organisation reinforces our customer-oriented approach.

The BU's responsibilities include Strategic Management, Sales and Service. Operations, Research and Development are organised on corporate level and competence based. The umbrella framework is guided by the Board of Directors and the Management Team and supported by Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Quality-, R&D- and Marketing & Sales Support in staff divisions.

- Summary of the organisation

Packo Inox NV has its roots in the Fullwood Packo Group; we are on firm ground. The Board of Directors, together with the Management Team, at the base of the organisation, indicates the direction. The supporting stem is formed by Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Quality, while Marketing & Sales and Research & Development are our oxygen generators. We have 2 branches: Zedelgem and Diksmuide and 6 BU (Business Units): CFE (Cryogenic Freezing Equipment), CT (Cooling Technologies) and PSE (Process, Systems and Equipment) in Zedelgem and MMC (Milking Machine Components), IP (Industrial Pumps) and SST (Subcontracting, Surface Treatment) in Diksmuide, forming a beautiful, flowering entity. Our products take up a central position in our relation with our customers.
