Automatic cleaning of pipes, tanks and complete equipment

Define and see for yourself the optimal cleaning parameters (Sinner's circle) during the testing, such as:

• the solution temperature
• mechanical impact (pump):pressure and current
• chemical impact (detergent)
• time

At the same time you get the possibility to try the different types of spray balls, which clean your product in the most efficient way.

The Packo PLC-controlled mobile CIP installation allows you to determine 8 different cleaning programs.  In this way 1 specific program can be used for the cleaning of for instance 1 type of contamination, or 1 type of product (tank, piping,...). This results in a repetitive, automatic and reliable cleaning.

In each of the 8 cleaning programs you can go through 10 cleaning cycles. And in each cleaning or rinsing cycle you can adjust different parameters, such as:

• the volume of the cleaning water
• the dosage of the detergent
• the temperature of the solution
• duration of the pre-rinsing, main rinsing & after rinsing
• the control of the CIP's pump
• the control of the CIP's return pump.

These rinsing cycles can run up to 10 times in 1 cleaning program, which implies an extremely high flexibility;

You can rent the Packo Mobile CIP at 750 Euro per week (exclusive transport).
