We are very proud of the realization of two giant cryogenic freezing systems for a client in Southern England. The two symmetric 'normal radius' spiral freezers measure 5.5 x 5.5 x 3.4 m and have a band width of 30' and a surface of 145 m² each. They are used to freeze pizzas and both have a capacity of 3 ton per hour.

The most important advantage of these spiral freezers against freezing tunnels is that for the same capacity less surface is required.
